The Way of the Heart Dance Program is an invitation to engage in the celebration of the heart through a system of movements created to establish an association of self as an integral participant in the manifestation and evolution of being.
The program will focus on these three aspects of self
As a creative being dedicated to service- As an interactive being in creative collaboration with others
- As a conscious expanding being participating in the evolutionary process or divine plan
EXPLANTATION and HISTORY
The Way of the Heart Dance was inspired by the ''Way of the Heart Walk'' through the Glastonbury Zodiac in England. The Glastonbury Zodiac is a stellar portal of some 50 miles in circumference and is available to assist the raising of vibration in spiritually aware people.
Some anthropologists have estimated the zodiac to have been built at about 3000 BC, while still others connect it to the period of the Dendarah Zodiac built in Egypt circa 7000 BC.
It was rediscovered in 1927 by Katherine Maltwood, who retraced the impressive and undeniable landscape carving, which correctly and chronologically templates the twelve zodiac signs using existing landmarks, hills, rivers and land-etched boundaries… Maltwood considered The Glastonbury Zodiac to be the original 'Roundtable' of King Arthur.
The Way of the Heart Walk was designed by Suzanne Rough, who as an astrologer, has done and continues to do much work on the Glastonbuty Zodiac. Walking through the healing zones of the Glastonbury Zodiac helps to move people on from emotional pain. The walk covers roughly 10 hilly miles, and there are 3 significant healing areas that we contemplate in relation to the heart:
Leo - helps the relationship you have with yourself
Gemini - helps the relationship you have with others
Pisces - helps the relationship you have with the Universe or evolutionary process
